At Summy Strands, each order is carefully prepared to ensure you receive premium quality raw hair extensions. Due to the nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, all sales are final.

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Summy Strands is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Once your package has been shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays.


Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

If you receive an incorrect item or there is a verified issue with your order, we will gladly offer an exchange.

To qualify for an exchange, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. The hair must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and remain in its original packaging. Hair that has been installed, combed, brushed, cut, colored, or altered in any way will not qualify for an exchange.
