Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been processed or shipped.

Exchanges will only be provided in the event of an error on our part, including but not limited to receiving the wrong product, length, or texture. Proof of the error may be required before an exchange is approved.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods.

SHIPPING POLICY
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. All orders are shipped with signature from an adult required upon delivery to ensure safe and secure receipt of your package.

SUMMY STRANDS LLC is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, missed deliveries due to recipient unavailability, or lost, stolen, or damaged packages once marked as delivered with a confirmed signature. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and that an adult is available to sign for the package at delivery.

BILLING & SHIPPING ADDRESS POLICY
For fraud prevention and security purposes, the billing and shipping address must match for all orders. Orders with mismatched billing and shipping information may be delayed, canceled, or require additional verification before processing.

SUMMY STRANDS LLC reserves the right to cancel any order that does not pass our verification process.
