Washing Instructions
- Fully saturate hair with warm water.
- Apply conditioner and gently massage through the hair. Rinse thoroughly.
- Apply shampoo and work into a lather. Rinse completely.
- Repeat the shampoo process for a deeper cleanse.
- Finish by applying conditioner again. Massage through the hair and rinse thoroughly.
Drying
- Pat dry. Air dry when possible.
- Use heat protectant before styling.
Daily Care
- Brush from ends to roots.
- Wrap hair in silk or satin at night.
- Avoid heavy products and excessive heat.
- Proper care preserves softness, shine, and longevity.

Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Summy Strands is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Once your package has been shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays.
Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
If you receive an incorrect item or there is a verified issue with your order, we will gladly offer an exchange.
To qualify for an exchange, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. The hair must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and remain in its original packaging. Hair that has been installed, combed, brushed, cut, colored, or altered in any way will not qualify for an exchange.
